AD Saving money with tastecard
This post is in conjunction with tastecard, but all thoughts and opinions are my own. By now everyone knows I’m a money saving Queen and I’m always looking for more ways to save money so I can tell you all about it! Recently I was challenge by tastecard to become a super saver and see how much money I could save across restaurants, cafes, pizza deliveries and more! If you like to dine out, but don’t want to break the bank, then tastecard might be the perfect solution for you. Saving money with tastecard is so easy, with offers and savings like 2 for 1, 50% off food, or 25% off food and drinks plus lots of other savings across 1000s of brands. According to tastecard, members can save an average of £23 every time they dine out. That’s a significant amount of money that can add up quickly, especially if you go out often! One of the great things about tastecard is that it’s not just limited to dining out. You can even save money on pizza delivery orders, where members can save an average of £24 per order. I have to get a coffee every time I go out and if you’re a coffee lover, you can also save money with tastecard with an average of £1.20 per coffee! Think of the savings over time! In Sheffield we’re absolutely spoilt for choice with so many incredible options on tastecard, lots of local as well as in the city centre and my new favourite place since using a wheelchair, Meadowhall. Most of the places in Meadowhall like Giraffe, and Tapas Revolution offer 25% off the total bill, and Caffè Nero offers 25% off all barista-made drinks which is an amazing saving! I fully took advantage of the meal deals Sheffield has to offer on my recent visit where I went shopping with friends and enjoyed coffees before our meal. There isn’t just savings on food and coffee, there are so many perks to having a tastecard! We’ve also booked cinema tickets to see The Little Mermaid as both The Vue and Cineworld are on tastecard, the discount on these do vary but it’s much cheaper than booking full price. Not only that but we used it to book airport parking with Holiday Extras with up to 25% off! Finally, Alfie picked up some new shoes from Jacamo that has 30% off with purchases over £40! Here are my overall savings: Caffè Nero: £0.67 Giraffe: £26.00 Cineworld: £7.92 Airport Parking: £9.50 Jacamo: £18.00 Overall savings: £62.09 How impressive are my savings!? I was really impressed to see offers on places like Hello Fresh and Simply Cook too, both of which we’ve tried already. As if that wasn’t enough, there are even discounts and offers on days out, perfect for adventurous families who like theme parks or a thrilling day out. However if you’re looking for something more relaxing and if you love a spa day like me, then there’s 15% off Buy a Gift which is where I get most of my spa day offers! A yearly membership costs just £34.99 and you can even get a £60 trial for just £1.00 (which then renews at £39.99 for the year). Will you be getting a tastecard?
